Tuna Tartare

An easy, economical, and delicious dish. You can use this recipe in emergencies or on those snack-filled Sundays. It’s made with tuna and vegetables that you usually have in the refrigerator.

  • 4 cans tuna
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 5 serrano chiles
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 package tostadas

  • Finely chop all the ingredients.
  • Add the cans of tuna and stir.
  • Mix the lemon juice and add a little salt.
  • Serve with tostadas; you can add a tasty chipotle sauce.
