A unique quick dish for those moments of sharing with a guest.
We all have these ingredients in the pantry, and it’s just a matter of making it in a few simple steps.
The first step is to drain the tuna; it works better if it's from a pouch rather than a can.
While we can use store-bought dressings, in this recipe I include my version of the delicious mustard and honey dressing. In a jar that can be sealed, place canola oil, olive oil, white vinegar, mustard, honey, and salt. Seal and shake vigorously until an emulsion forms.
Place the tostadas on a flat plate and spread a little mayonnaise on them according to each person's taste.
Once the tuna is drained, place it on the tostadas, being careful not to break them. Squeeze a bit of lemon and pour ample mustard and honey dressing over the tuna.
Add slices of avocado and pieces of chipotle chili on top of the tostadas.
