3 cups water
1/4 cups white lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
1 guindilla pepper
3 cups chapulines
corn tortillas

Wash the chapulines well. Then soak them in lime water for at least 4 hours.
Change the water for clean water for 1 more hour.
After this time, rinse them very well again and drain.
Heat the oil with the chili without letting it burn.
Fry the chapulines.
Serve in hot corn tortillas.
