Garlic Potatoes in Air Fryer

  • 20 new potatoes
  • olive oil, to marinate the potatoes
  • salt, to marinate the potatoes
  • pepper, to marinate the potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cups dill, to marinate the potatoes
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, powder
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnish
  • parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

  • Cut the baby potatoes in half and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill to the bowl of potatoes. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • While the potatoes marinate, mix the melted butter, chopped garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil, pour in the prepared butter, and place the potatoes. Close it.
  • Cook the garlic potatoes in the air fryer for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the garlic potatoes from the air fryer and serve with grated Parmesan cheese and a bit of chopped parsley.
