Goji with Chia, Coconut, and Fig Jam

Delicious easy sweet snack that you can prepare super quickly to take wherever you want, made with chia, coconut, and figs; it's ideal if you have a sweet craving. You will enjoy it a lot.

  • 1/4 cups chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk, homemade, to soak the chia
  • 5 cups fig, for the jam and for the coconut cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cups coconut, grated
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons goji berries

  • In a bowl, add the chia with homemade almond milk Kiwilimón to hydrate. Reserve in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a small pot with the figs, coconut, and water so they dissolve and form a jam. Remove and reserve.
  • Add the figs with the coconut cream and a little blueberries to the blender. Blend very well. Reserve.
  • In a glass jar with a lid, add the jam as a base, then add the chia preparation, and finally, add a layer of the blueberry preparation with figs. Decorate with a little blueberries, strawberries, and goji berries. Enjoy!
