In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and, using your hands, knead until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 15 minutes.
Cut the gouda cheese into strips 1 cm wide and 5 cm long, and set aside.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick and cut long strips of 30 cm in length and 2 cm in width. Set aside.
Wrap the strips of cheese with the strips of dough, as shown in the video. Set aside.
Heat oil over medium heat and fry for 4 minutes. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Serve with garlic sauce.
