  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Combine the first 6 ingredients.
  • Cover half of the grill rack with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Grill the slices of bread on the part of the rack that is not covered for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the bottom sides are golden. Flip the slices of bread and place them on the aluminum foil. Top them with cheese, and then with the tomato mixture.
  • Grill the slices for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sauce is heated through.
