1/2 cups Chihuahua cheese, shredded
flour tortillas
mexican sauce, or pico de gallo
fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 avocados, ripe
1/4 onions
1/2 cloves garlic
1/2 limes
1 bunch spinach
1 tomato, in julienne

Heat a grill.
Place shredded cheese, spinach, and julienned tomato on a tortilla.
Place them on the grill and leave until the cheese completely melts.
Make a quick guacamole by putting in the blender: the avocado pulp, cilantro, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and a splash of lime juice.
Cut the quesadillas or sincronizadas into quarters and serve with guacamole or Mexican salsa.
