Grilled Sincronizadas

The flavor of these quesadillas is incredible; with just a few ingredients, you'll have a complete dinner or the perfect side dish for a barbecue day.

  • 1/2 cups Chihuahua cheese, shredded
  • flour tortillas
  • mexican sauce, or pico de gallo
  • fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 limes
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 tomato, in julienne

  • Heat a grill.
  • Place shredded cheese, spinach, and julienned tomato on a tortilla.
  • Place them on the grill and leave until the cheese completely melts.
  • Make a quick guacamole by putting in the blender: the avocado pulp, cilantro, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and a splash of lime juice.
  • Cut the quesadillas or sincronizadas into quarters and serve with guacamole or Mexican salsa.
