Grilled Stuffed Jalapeños

Delicious jalapeño peppers stuffed with cheese, fantastic for barbecues.

  • 1 package bacon, in strips
  • 12 Jalapeño chiles, large
  • 1 package cream cheese

  • Devein and clean the jalapeño peppers. To devein them, you can make a T-shaped cut starting horizontally at the stem.
  • Fill the peppers with cream cheese, you can season with salt and pepper to taste. Be careful not to overfill them or the cheese might spill out.
  • Wrap the peppers very well with strips of bacon, ensuring that the T cut is well closed.
  • Wrap in aluminum foil and place them on the grill or in the oven until the bacon is golden brown.
