Devein and clean the jalapeño peppers. To devein them, you can make a T-shaped cut starting horizontally at the stem.
Fill the peppers with cream cheese, you can season with salt and pepper to taste. Be careful not to overfill them or the cheese might spill out.
Wrap the peppers very well with strips of bacon, ensuring that the T cut is well closed.
Wrap in aluminum foil and place them on the grill or in the oven until the bacon is golden brown.
