  • 1 package Mccain® traditional guacamole
  • 4 guajillo chiles, rehydrated in hot water, for marinade
  • 3 chipotle chiles, rehydrated in hot water, for marinade
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, for marinade
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted with skin, for marinade
  • 1/4 onions, roasted, for marinade
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, roasted, for the marinade
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, for marinade
  • 1/2 kilos large shrimp, cleaned and peeled
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley, for accompaniment

  • Open the McCain® traditional guacamole, stir until smooth, and set aside.
  • For the marinade, blend the chiles with the orange juice, lime juice, garlic, onion, cumin, and apple cider vinegar until you obtain a smooth marinade, strain, and set aside.
  • In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with the previous preparation, a little salt, and pepper to your taste for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, cook the shrimp, and sprinkle with parsley. Adjust seasoning.
  • On a board, place the McCain® Traditional Guacamole and serve the shrimp on the side, accompany with lime, and enjoy.
