2 cucumbers
200 grams turkey deli ham, in pieces, not sliced
200 grams Manchego cheese, whole, not sliced
200 grams pineapple, without skin
The Classic Botanera®

Cut off the ends of the cucumber, cut in half, and remove the seeds with a spoon. Set aside.
Cut the ham, cheese, and pineapple into strips of the same size. Set aside.
Fill the cucumbers with the strips, compacting everything very well so it doesn't fall apart when cutting. Cut into 1 cm thick slices.
Serve on a flat plate and drizzle with La Botanera® classic.
