  • 2 cucumbers
  • 200 grams turkey deli ham, in pieces, not sliced
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese, whole, not sliced
  • 200 grams pineapple, without skin
  • The Classic Botanera®

  • Cut off the ends of the cucumber, cut in half, and remove the seeds with a spoon. Set aside.
  • Cut the ham, cheese, and pineapple into strips of the same size. Set aside.
  • Fill the cucumbers with the strips, compacting everything very well so it doesn't fall apart when cutting. Cut into 1 cm thick slices.
  • Serve on a flat plate and drizzle with La Botanera® classic.
