Prepare these delicious ham pastries with pineapple and tomato sauce for your children's lunch. They are very crispy and also have a touch of gouda cheese that makes them different and delicious. Serve them warm or at room temperature, they will love them.
3/4 cups Extra Special® tomato paste sauce and gorgonzola cheese
150 grams Gouda cheese
1 cup deli ham, in cubes
1 cup canned pineapple, in small pieces
1 tablespoon oregano
150 grams Gouda cheese

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut rectangles of 10 x 7cm.
Form the pastries by spreading a little tomato sauce on one of the rectangles, being careful not to reach the edges. Add a slice of gouda cheese, ham, pineapple, and season with oregano.
Brush the edges with egg and cover with another rectangle of puff pastry. Repeat until you finish the puff pastry.
Brush all the rectangles with egg and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or at room temperature.
