1 teaspoon tomato purée
5 tablespoons water, hot
100 grams nut , from Brazil
100 grams hazelnuts
100 grams breadcrumbs, whole grain
1 tablespoon fines herbs
nuts, mixed (cashew, macadamia, etc.)

Dissolve the yeast and tomato puree in hot water.
Mix all the other ingredients (Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, bread, herbs) and then add the previous mixture. Form small balls.
Roll the balls in the mixed nuts and fry each one until golden brown.
