Hazelnut and Brazil Nut Croquettes

Excellent for vegans, this hazelnut and Brazil nut croquette recipe has an exquisite flavor.

  • 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon tomato purée
  • 5 tablespoons water, hot
  • 100 grams nut , from Brazil
  • 100 grams hazelnuts
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs, whole grain
  • 1 tablespoon fines herbs
  • nuts, mixed (cashew, macadamia, etc.)

  • Dissolve the yeast and tomato puree in hot water.
  • Mix all the other ingredients (Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, bread, herbs) and then add the previous mixture. Form small balls.
  • Roll the balls in the mixed nuts and fry each one until golden brown.
