250 grams hibiscus flower
1/2 kilos corn tortillas
1/2 red onions, cut into julienne
4 green tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 avocado
1/2 cups water
1 lime
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
salt

Hydrate the hibiscus in boiling water for ten minutes. Remove from water and drain.
In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil and brown the quartered tomatillo as well as the chopped garlic cloves. Remove from heat and blend.
In the same skillet, brown the red onion with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once well browned, add the hibiscus and cook for 30 more seconds.
Add the green tomato broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture in each previously warmed tortilla and serve.
Blend the avocado, water, lime juice, cilantro, and salt for the salsa.
