Hot Artichoke Dip

A delicious and easy artichoke snack recipe, the best part of this snack is that it is served hot; you can accompany it with baguette, crackers, or country bread.

  • 250 grams canned artichoke
  • 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
