1/2 onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
garlic powder

Heat a pan with oil.
Caramelize the chopped onion.
Once caramelized, drain the excess oil. Set aside and let cool.
Mix the caramelized onion, Lebanese hummus, and Tabasco sauce.
Adjust to your taste with garlic powder.
