2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, finely diced
18 Jalapeño chiles, seedless, halved (lengthwise)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees Celsius.
Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cilantro, garlic, onion, and bacon.
Fill the jalapeño peppers with the previous mixture.
Place the peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
