Lettuce Tacos

Oriental-style recipe for lettuce tacos filled with chopped parsley. You can also fill them with sweet and sour chicken. These lettuce tacos are a very light and healthy recipe.

  • 6 leaves lettuce, ball, washed and disinfected
  • 12 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • We will shape each lettuce leaf into a disc with the knife, trying to remove the irregular edges so that it resembles a corn tortilla.
  • In a pan, we fry the parsley for about 1 or 2 minutes to avoid burning it.
  • We fill each lettuce leaf with the fried parsley, trying to distribute it well so that it reaches, we season with salt and pepper, and they are ready to eat.
