Mac and Cheese Bites

This is the ideal recipe to treat the little ones at home; these crunchy mac and cheese bites will delight them with their creamy interior and fun size.

  • 500 grams elbow pasta
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

  • In a pot with water, cook the macaroni and set aside.
  • In a pot, add evaporated milk, cheddar cheese, butter, salt, and pepper, and cook until you have a thick sauce.
  • Add the macaroni and cook for 3 more minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • Flour your hands and form balls of macaroni, coat them in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and set aside.
