500 grams elbow pasta
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
90 grams butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Great Value® wheat flour
salt and pepper
2 cups Great Value® ground bread
2 eggs
2 cups Great Value® Pure Canola Oil

In a pot with water, cook the macaroni and set aside.
In a pot, add evaporated milk, cheddar cheese, butter, salt, and pepper, and cook until you have a thick sauce.
Add the macaroni and cook for 3 more minutes. Let cool and set aside.
Flour your hands and form balls of macaroni, coat them in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and set aside.
Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the mac and cheese balls until golden brown.
