Marinated Chicken Wings

This recipe for marinated chicken wings is very delicious; you can prepare them for cravings or when your favorite football team is playing. Try them and treat your guests.

  • 15 chicken wings
  • 1/4 sticks achiote
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 guajillo chiles, deveined
  • vegetable oil, as needed

  • Soak the chiles in hot water and devein them.
  • Blend the following ingredients: achiote, vinegar, honey, orange juice, chiles, and salt to taste.
  • Once everything is blended, pour the marinade and the wings into a container and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
  • Once ready, place a saucepan over medium heat, add oil, and fry the wings until they reach the desired doneness and turn a golden color. Drain and serve.
