400 grams ground meat
1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons parsley
1 egg
3/4 cups breadcrumbs
1/4 cups olive oil
1/2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
salt and pepper

Mix the meat with the onion, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
Shape the patties with the mixture.
Dip the patties in the beaten egg to coat them and fry in oil.
DIP: Combine the yogurt with the oil, oregano, and season with salt and pepper.
