Mix the oils with the pepper and salt until the salt dissolves.
Add the other ingredients, except for the cheese, and mix until everything is incorporated. Check the salt.
Place the cheese in a bowl, use a fork to lightly pierce it to make some holes, and drizzle it with the prepared oil. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least one night.
Serve the cheese cold and bake it at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
Cut the cheese into slices and accompany it with slices of avocado, tortilla chips, and table salsa to taste.
