Chipotle Mushroom Snack

The chipotle mushroom snack is a delicious appetizer, very easy to prepare, and perfect to enjoy with family or on a girls' afternoon. It's a super easy recipe to cook with very few ingredients. You won’t take more than 15 minutes to make this delicious snack.

  • 2 cans button mushrooms, (250 g each)
  • 500 grams bacon
  • 3 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • In a skillet, fry the bacon, onion, and garlic, this takes about 8-10 minutes.
  • Once the bacon, onion, and garlic are fried, add the chopped mushrooms and let cook for 10 minutes.
  • In another container, we will blend the mayonnaise with the chipotle pepper.
  • In a microwave-safe dish, we will place the mushrooms that we fried with the bacon and onion, and we will add the mixture of mayonnaise and chipotle peppers.
  • Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 8 minutes.
  • It can be served with tortilla chips or corn tortillas.
