Cochinita Sopes

  • 30 milliliters sour cream
  • 30 grams queso fresco
  • 20 grams lettuce, cut into strips
  • 50 grams refried beans, hot
  • red onions, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups cochinita pibil

  • In a skillet with a little oil, heat the sopes.
  • On top of the sopes, add beans, cochinita, cream, cheese, lettuce, and a piece of red onion.
