This is a very easy recipe to prepare and doesn't take much time, try making it, I know you will like it at a gathering. We had a snack and it was easy for me to bring it, and everyone enjoyed it.
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Cut the flour tortilla in half and place it in a cone to prepare the shells (aluminum). In a skillet, add the bacon, onion, and let it fry. Once the bacon is golden, add the ham cut into cubes, and finally add the cantinpalo chorizo.
Once the cones are golden brown, they are filled with the cooked ingredients and placed on a plate (the hot sauce is optional) and it's ready to serve.
