Cuban Cones

This is a very easy recipe to prepare and doesn't take much time, try making it, I know you will like it at a gathering. We had a snack and it was easy for me to bring it, and everyone enjoyed it.

  • flour tortillas
  • 300 grams bacon 300 grams bacon
  • 1/4 onions 1/4 onions
  • chorizos, Cantinpalo

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C. Cut the flour tortilla in half and place it in a cone to prepare the shells (aluminum). In a skillet, add the bacon, onion, and let it fry. Once the bacon is golden, add the ham cut into cubes, and finally add the cantinpalo chorizo.
  • Once the cones are golden brown, they are filled with the cooked ingredients and placed on a plate (the hot sauce is optional) and it's ready to serve.
