1/4 kilos chicken breast
1/4 kilos beef, or beef
1/4 kilos pork, or pork
2 bell pepper
20 green onions
English sauces, to marinate the meat

soy sauce, to marinate the meat

Cut the meats into small pieces and marinate with salt, sauces, and pepper.
Meanwhile, cut the green onions and the previously cleaned and deveined peppers into pieces.
Put on the sticks, a piece of meat, a piece of pepper, and a green onion, then another piece of meat, and so on.
You can put all three types of meat on each skewer, or if you prefer, you can make different skewers for each type of meat.
Cook them with a little oil on the grill or in a pan, starting on low heat to cook them well and then increasing to high heat to brown them a bit.
