Delicious Skewers

Delicious skewers of different meats are very easy to prepare and taste amazing; they are perfect for snacking before a meal, as an appetizer, or while watching a movie or a game.

  • 1/4 kilos chicken breast
  • 1/4 kilos beef, or beef
  • 1/4 kilos pork, or pork
  • 2 bell pepper
  • 20 green onions
  • English sauces, to marinate the meat
  • salt
  • soy sauce, to marinate the meat
  • pepper

  • Cut the meats into small pieces and marinate with salt, sauces, and pepper.
  • Meanwhile, cut the green onions and the previously cleaned and deveined peppers into pieces.
  • Put on the sticks, a piece of meat, a piece of pepper, and a green onion, then another piece of meat, and so on.
  • You can put all three types of meat on each skewer, or if you prefer, you can make different skewers for each type of meat.
  • Cook them with a little oil on the grill or in a pan, starting on low heat to cook them well and then increasing to high heat to brown them a bit.
