1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
3 guajillo chiles
5 cups water
añejo cheese, grated
sour cream
fresh cilantro

Blend the tomato with two chiles, garlic, and onion.
Season the tomato in a saucepan, add water, and once it boils, add the noodles, cover the pan until all the water is absorbed.
