Fruit Ceviche

  • 1 red apple
  • 1 green apple, in small cubes
  • 2 cups mango, in small cubes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 cup pineapple, in small cubes
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 bags Skwinkles® Chunks
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cups lime
  • salt
  • pepper
  • plantain chips
Preparation

  • Cut the fruit into small cubes. Mix in a bowl and set aside.
  • Peel the orange, cut the segments, and mix with the fruit.
  • Pour the hot sauce and lime juice, season with salt, pepper, and cilantro. Mix the fruit and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Serve accompanied by plantain chips.
