Golden carrot and cheese tacos are very quick, easy to prepare, and economical; children love them, and it’s a fun way for them to eat carrots.

100 grams queso fresco
1/4 cups oil
1 cup lettuce, disinfected and sliced
cream

Peel and grate the carrot and fresh cheese, stir these ingredients together.
Place a portion of the previous mixture on a tortilla and roll it up.
Heat the oil, once hot place the tacos and let them cook for one minute, turning them carefully so they don't unravel, to brown on all sides.
Drain the excess oil and place them on a plate, with a bit of lettuce and cream on top.
