1 tortillas, large
3/4 cups chapulines
vegetable oil, for frying
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon onion, chopped
1/2 limes, (juice)
salt, and pepper to taste

Place the tortilla between two ladles and fry it to take the shape of a basket.
In olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the grasshoppers, fry for a few seconds, add the lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
Fill the basket with the cooked grasshoppers and place it on a plate over the green sauce.
