1/2 kilos skirt steak
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 cubes beef broth
8 chalupas, cooked
1 cup red salsa, of tomato
1/2 cups olive oil
double cream cheeses, crumbled

Cook the meat with half of the onion, garlic, and bouillon cubes until the meat is tender.
Shred the beef brisket and set aside.
Chop the other half of the onion.
Fry the chalupas in oil and add red sauce.
Then, place the shredded meat on top.
Finally, garnish with chopped onion and cheese.
