  • 1 piloncillo 1 piloncillo
  • 4 tablespoons water 4 tablespoons water
  • 5 tablespoons chile powder 5 tablespoons chile powder
  • 1/4 cups chamoy
  • 3/4 cups enchilada bean
  • 3/4 cups chickpea enchilado
  • 3/4 cups spicy peanuts
  • 1 cup Skwinkles® Chunks
  •   mango, in cubes, to accompany mango, in cubes, to accompany
  •   cucumber, in strips, to accompany cucumber, in strips, to accompany
  •   lime, to accompany lime, to accompany
  • Skwinkles® Chunks, for decoration

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the piloncillo, water, chili powder, and chamoy; cook over low heat for 20 minutes until it becomes a caramel. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, place the broad beans, chickpeas, Skwinkles® Chunks, pour the caramel, and mix with a spoon until combined.
  • Pour into a previously greased silicone mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Unmold and decorate with Skwinkles® Chunks, mango, cucumber, and limes.
