  • 1 cup enchilada bean
  • 1 cup dehydrated pea
  • 1 cup chili corn churritos
  • 1 cup spicy peanuts
  • 4 bags Skwinkles® Chunks
  • 1/2 cups hot sauce
  • 1/2 cups buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup strawberries, in cubes, for the pico de gallo
  • 1 cup pineapple, in cubes, for the pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cups cilantro, finely chopped, for the pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, for the pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped, for the pico de gallo
  • 40 slices jicama, for the tacos

  • In a bowl, mix the seasoned broad beans, dehydrated peas, spicy snacks, peanuts, Skwinkles® Chunks, hot sauce, and buffalo sauce. Mix and combine.
  • For the pico de gallo, mix the strawberry, pineapple, cilantro, onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Reserve.
  • Place the jicama slices on a plate, arranging them in a ring shape. Fill with the snack mixture, serve, and garnish with pico de gallo.
