2 ancho chiles, deveined and hydrated
2 guajillo chiles, deveined and hydrated
1/2 sticks achiote paste
1/4 cups white vinegar
1/2 cups orange juice, sour
4 tablespoons corn oil
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 kilo pork tenderloin, in steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper
1/2 onions, sliced
6 lemons, cut
1 cup pineapple, sliced

Blend the chiles, achiote, vinegar, orange juice and set aside.
Spread the achiote mixture on the steaks and cover with the rest of the mixture. Let marinate for 2 hours.
In a very hot pan, sauté the sliced onion with a little oil.
Cut the meat into thin slices and add it to the pan.
Form the tacos and serve with onion, cilantro, lime, and pineapple to taste.
