1 cucumber, large
2 mayonnaise, natural yogurt
1 can red bell pepper

Cut the cucumber and the sandwich bread into rounds (use a small cookie cutter that is the same size as the cucumber slice).
Spread either mayonnaise or yogurt on it. Place the cucumber round on top, decorated with a strip of bell pepper.
