Mix 2 tablespoons of salt and the cup of water with the corn dough. Knead until you obtain a smooth dough. If it is a bit crumbly, you can add a little more water.
Roast the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and serrano chiles on a griddle. Once roasted, place them in a blender, add the cilantro, and blend until you have a sauce. Add the powdered consommé and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% in a bowl and add the sauce. Mix until you have a smooth sauce; it should have a creamy consistency.
Roll out the corn dough and place a tablespoon of refried beans in the center. Close the dough and shape it into a tlacoyo. Heat a griddle and place the tlacoyos on it, leaving them until they are lightly browned.
In a skillet, cook the turkey chorizo until it is golden brown.
Place the tlacoyo on a plate, sprinkle a bit of chorizo on top, and pour the tomato sauce and a tablespoon of Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% on top.
