1/4 kilos masa dough
100 grams pumpkin seeds
2 eggs
2 rolls chard

Wash the chard very well; cut the stems, crush the vein to make them flexible, and cut in half.
Prepare the dough with salt and lard, place portions on the chard leaves, add a piece of meat, pumpkin seed powder, and a piece of boiled egg.
Wrap the tamales and cook them in salted water, steaming.
Serve with green sauce.
