  • 2 avocados, large
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lemons
  • 1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cups water, boiling
  • salt , to taste
  • smoked salmon
  • fresh dill, for decoration
  • olive oil , for decoration
  • capers, for decoration

  • Put the avocados, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt, and gelatin dissolved in boiling water in the blender and process.
  • Grease some small cups with cooking oil.
  • Pour the avocado mixture into cups, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours before serving.
  • Place a little salmon on top, a bit of olive oil, some capers, and decorate with a sprig of dill.
