1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cups onion, chopped
1/2 lemons
1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3/4 cups water, boiling
salt , to taste
smoked salmon
fresh dill, for decoration
olive oil , for decoration
capers, for decoration

Put the avocados, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt, and gelatin dissolved in boiling water in the blender and process.
Grease some small cups with cooking oil.
Pour the avocado mixture into cups, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours before serving.
Place a little salmon on top, a bit of olive oil, some capers, and decorate with a sprig of dill.
