A tasty snack for a gathering with friends, a party, or to accompany any occasion; the proof is in tasting it and creating new bursts of flavor that contrast.
Leave the pâté and cream cheese out of the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes, as they should be at room temperature to shape the roll.
Cut a sheet of wax paper about 25 to 30 cm long. Place the cream cheese in the center of the paper.
Using a spoon, spread the cream cheese along, leaving 2 cm of space on each side of the paper for later manipulation.
Remove the pâté from the packaging, cut it in half, and store the remaining part.
Spread the pâté across the width of the cheese layer and carefully roll it up until the pâté is fully covered. Seal the edges of the paper as if it were a candy wrapper. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator.
Blend a splash of the pickling liquid from the chiles and the blueberries.
When serving, carefully unroll to avoid tearing the wax paper. Place on a plate or baking dish. Cover with blueberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Enjoy with the crackers around.
