Drain the smoked oysters and place them in the blender along with the beef broth. Add the garlic, chives, rosemary, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% into a bowl and add the previously blended oyster mixture, then add salt and pepper.
Cut the top off the rustic bread and remove the crumb to create a hollow space to pour the oyster mousse. Decorate with some leaves of Chinese parsley.
