Light Oyster Mousse

Prepare this oyster mousse recipe to accompany your meals. It’s ideal for snacking and you can serve it with bread croutons. The Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% gives it a creamy consistency and a delicious flavor.

  • 1 liter FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1 can smoked oysters
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chervil
  • 3 tablespoons beef broth
  • 1 artisan bread roll, round

  • Drain the smoked oysters and place them in the blender along with the beef broth. Add the garlic, chives, rosemary, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% into a bowl and add the previously blended oyster mixture, then add salt and pepper.
  • Cut the top off the rustic bread and remove the crumb to create a hollow space to pour the oyster mousse. Decorate with some leaves of Chinese parsley.
