The shrimp and jocoque mousse can be served in individual plates as an appetizer or in a large one for sharing.

1 cream cheese
150 grams shrimp, cooked and cut into small cubes
2 lemons, its juice
100 grams jocoque
8 olives
40 grams nut , chopped
7 grams unflavored gelatin powder, dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation

Mix the jocoque, cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Add the shrimp and walnuts.
Add the gelatin and the other ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Once solidified, unmold.
