Shrimp and Jocoque Mousse

The shrimp and jocoque mousse can be served in individual plates as an appetizer or in a large one for sharing.

  • 1 cream cheese
  • 150 grams shrimp, cooked and cut into small cubes
  • 2 lemons, its juice
  • 100 grams jocoque
  • 8 olives
  • 40 grams nut , chopped
  • 7 grams unflavored gelatin powder, dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Mix the jocoque, cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Add the shrimp and walnuts.
  • Add the gelatin and the other ingredients. Mix well.
  • Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Once solidified, unmold.
