In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil, sauté the onion until it is translucent. Then add the ground beef, garlic powder, oregano, and black sauce.
Cook until the meat is well done, approximately 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Place a layer of nachos in an oven-safe dish; pour the meat with its juices on top and then add a layer of beans. Sprinkle the combined cheeses on top. You can add another layer of nachos, beans, and cheese until you run out of ingredients. Finally, add the chopped tomato.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes until the cheeses melt.
Decorate with a tablespoon of sour cream and a few sprigs of cilantro. Serve hot.
