Nachos with Chili

Prepare these delicious nachos with chili to share with all your friends and family, with the delightful combination of cheese, spicy chili, and the delicious Herdez® guacamole salsa.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the chili
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped, for the chili
  • 500 grams ground meat, beef, for the chili
  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper, diced small, for the chili
  • 2 tablespoons paprika, for the chili
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, for the chili
  • 1 tablespoon cumin, for the chili
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the chili
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato purée, for the chili
  • salt, for the chili
  • pepper, for the chili
  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • chives, finely chopped, for garnish
  • sour cream, for garnish
  • 2 Jalapeño chiles, pickles, for garnish
  • 1/2 cups tomato, diced medium, for garnish
  • 1 jar Herdez® guacamole sauce

  • In a pan, heat the olive oil; when hot, add the onion and sauté. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes. Add the green bell pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, tomato puree, mix, and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • On a baking sheet, place the tortilla chips, then add the chili. Garnish with diced tomatoes, scallions, cream, and finally, Herdez® guacamole salsa. Serve with cheese sauce.
