Nachos with Sausage

If you want to prepare some delicious, simple, and very quick nachos, we give you this recipe that also includes sausage, beans, tasty yellow cheese, along with jalapeño peppers that will make your mouth water.

3 cups tortilla chips
1/3 cups black beans, whole and drained
2 sausages, finely chopped
4 slices American cheese, cut in half
1/2 cups lettuce, cut into strips
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cups pickled Jalapeño chiles, in slices

Place the tortilla chips on a microwave-safe plate; add the beans, sausage, and yellow cheese.
Heat on high power for 1 minute or until the yellow cheese melts.
Top it with lettuce, tomato, and jalapeño. Serve immediately.
