2 yellow onion, sliced thin
500 milliliters lager beer
20 grams curry powder, red
300 grams wheat flour
30 grams granulated sugar
10 grams salt
2 grams baking powder
2 grams ground white pepper
1 egg white
1/2 cups wheat flour
1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat the oil to 190 °C.
Mix the curry, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, pepper, and egg white in a bowl. Then add 300 ml of beer and whisk until smooth.
Put the remaining beer in a bowl and soak the onion rings, then drain and coat with flour.
Coat them with the flour mixture and fry for 2 minutes, then remove and let drain.
Give them a second cooking and enjoy.
