  • 1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix
  • 1 onion
  • 3/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • vegetable oil

  • Heat the oil in a pot, so it heats up while we prepare the rings.
  • Mix the Gamesa® Pancake Flour, milk, egg, and butter. Blend them with a mixer until you have a smooth, lump-free mixture.
  • Add salt and pepper and continue mixing. Reserve the mixture.
  • Cut the onion to your preferred width.
  • Separate the onion rings.
  • Coat the rings in flour, ensuring they are completely covered.
  • Dip the rings in the previously reserved mixture.
  • Add them to the pan or pot with hot oil; once the rings look golden without burning, place them on a plate with a napkin to remove excess oil.
