In another bowl, mix the remaining Manchego Cheese, Cream, and LALA Milk with the egg, add salt and pepper to taste, cover with another layer of potatoes, and pour the rest of the reserved Cream, Milk, and LALA Cheese mixture on top.
Bake at a temperature of 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
