Potato Soufflé

Delicious and easy potato soufflé recipe, I love preparing this recipe because my whole family enjoys it, from the little ones to the adults.

  • 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • water, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 400 grams Manchego cheese, shredded LALA
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • cow's milk, LALA
  • pepper, to taste

  • Submerge the potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water and cook until tender without losing their firmness.
  • In a bowl, mix half of the Manchego Cheese, the Cream, and the LALA Milk, season with salt and pepper to taste, and set aside.
  • Grease a baking dish with LALA Butter and form a base with the potatoes.
  • In another bowl, mix the remaining Manchego Cheese, Cream, and LALA Milk with the egg, add salt and pepper to taste, cover with another layer of potatoes, and pour the rest of the reserved Cream, Milk, and LALA Cheese mixture on top.
  • Bake at a temperature of 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
