Prepared Potatoes with Shrimp a La Botanera

These potatoes with the flavor of La Botanera® Reduced Sodium Sauce are an excellent snack to share, fresh, full of flavors and textures, and best of all, they are extremely easy to prepare.

  • 1 cup potato chips, natural
  • 1 cup potato chips, adobada
  • 1/2 cups cracker nuts
  • 1 cup churrito snacks
  • 1/2 cups jicama, clean, cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, skinless, seedless; cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups spicy gummies
  • 2 cups pink shrimp
  • seasoning sauce
  • 1/2 cups queso fresco, grated
  • lime juice
  • La Botanera ® Sauce Reduced in Sodium

  • In a large platter, mix the natural potatoes with the adobada potatoes, Japanese peanuts, and churros; add the jícama, cucumber, spicy gummies, and shrimp, then add lime juice and fresh cheese. Drizzle the potatoes with La Botanera® Reduced Sodium Sauce and enjoy.
