Puff Pastry Balls

Delicious recipe for puff pastry balls with a vegetable filling. This recipe is ideal for vegetarians.

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 corsage broccoli
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese, grated

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Finely chop the broccoli without breaking it apart.
  • Grate the manchego cheese
  • Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut into 5 cm by 5 cm squares with a sharp knife.
  • On the puff pastry, place a bit of broccoli and manchego cheese (to taste), and close it to form a ball.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is well cooked.
