Puff Pastry Sausage Rolls

A great option for kids' lunch, puff pastry sausage rolls.

  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 turkey sausage
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cups flour

  • Flour a surface and roll out the dough until it is 1 cm thick. Cut into 8 cm squares.
  • Place the sausages and cheese on the squares, roll them up, seal the edges, and brush them with the egg.
  • Place them on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until cooked and golden.
